Freedom's landing - Anne Mccaffrey

My feelings on this are mixed but overall I definetly didnt dislike it. If anything the overall take on humanity is notably VERY optimistic which was interesting to see, and it felt very pro-woman, with the female characters taking on as much of wide variety of roles as the guys while still feeling like people, which I can definetly appreciate and is the case in much less scifi books than one might hope. To be honest I didn't care much for the main romance (I guess alien dudes just aren't my type) however I found Kris a very likeable protagonist and seeing her continue to show up for Patti despite what she would think in her internal monologue is something I can genuinely admire. I won't particularly be rushing to read any of the sequels soon but defo do read this if it seems like something you would like :)

Service model - adrian tchaikovsky

I'm not gonna say much here since this is honestly an experience you gotta have for yourself but I CAN pretty wholeheartedly recommend that you do. Probably the kind of thing that i will need to come back to once i have had like 30 years more life experience but for now my conclusion is that this is definetly one of the nicer robot novels out there.
